A manufacturing company based in Galway City are currently looking for a Electronic Engineer.
Function :
The primary function of this role will be to develop Automated Test Processes for electronic based products manufacturing in the Galway Facility.
Key Responsibilities :
Design and develop Automated Test Systems for electronic based Products.
Develop test specifications in-circuit test and functional test processes.
Manage sub-contractors in the development of ICT process.
Identify and implement opportunities for improvement on existing Test Systems/Processes.
Validation of Test Systems
Follow all environmental, health & safety rules and procedures and participate in safety and environmental activities in order to improve the workplace for all employees
Skills / Knowledge :
Degree in Electronic Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience in Electronic Design and / or Electronic Test Development or a Diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
Experience with Test Automation and embedded systems
Analog and Digital circuit Analysis skills are essential.
Strong Knowledge / experience of C Programming
Self motivated problem-solver
Excellent Documentation and Communication / Interpersonal skills necessary.
ISO EN13485 & FDA Quality requirements.
