Job description: At RICHMOND RECRUITMENT our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Specialist.

JOB PURPOSE
The Corporate Customer Service Specialist will be the central point of contact for McAfee's Reseller partner community within an assigned region. This team-based role will involve handling customer queries from McAfee's European Resellers via the phone and e-mail.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Dealing with customer queries - answering incoming calls & e-mails in an effective and efficient manner.
Support the regional partner community by using the internal systems to query information.
Working with channel partners & database systems to resolve open issues relating to products and licensing dates.
Working with high volume queries particularly during peak time eg Month and Quarter End.
Assist with other customer related projects as assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Leaving Certificate minimum or equivalent
• Excellent Customer Service, telephone, communication & organizational skills
• Proven ability to deal with high volumes of queries during busy periods and fast turnaround times guaranteeing high quality for our customers
• Previous customer-facing role in a similar high technology environment
• An enthusiastic attitude to working as part of a team
• An aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships & professional phone manner
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• PC Skills - Microsoft office and ideally a knowledge of Siebel
• Proven record of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and another language required
