Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor

DUTIES
As a key member of the site team, reporting to the Plant Director, this person is responsible for all maintenance activities carried out on site by maintenance personnel or contractors. Furthermore, the Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor shall be responsible for ensuring the plant runs efficiently, with all control systems in sound working order and the coordination of engineering projects relating to plant improvements, changes or expansions.
Familiarity with computerised, preventative maintenance management systems and PLC based process control systems, as used in the manufacture of active pharmaceuticals is required.
THE CANDIDATE
Applicants should have a suitable third level degree in engineering with a minimum of 4-5 years experience, ideally within an API manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, presentation and project management skills with an enthusiasm for development in the role.
