Job description:  

Bakery Manager - 27K - Wexford

CPL are seeking the services of a dynamic Bakery Manager with practical managerial experience and considerable confidence to take responsibility for a Bakery department in the Wexford Area.

Your responsibilities will include:

Ensuring safe food handling and hygiene awareness
Motivating and coaching your team members
Maximizing sales
Maintaining the highest standard of customer service
Continually improving deli departments' presentation and merchandising methods

The ideal candidate will:

Be Hard working
Be a Strong Team Leader
Be Customer focused
Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Be passionate about driving Excellence
Be an Excellent communicator
Have a Passion for Food
Experience within a Musgrave store would be an advantage.
Fluent English
