The Ideal Candidate will have 3+ years proven retail management experience within the Agricultural Industry.

Proven track record in selling, managing & developing people whilst controlling costs is essential

Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and profitability of the branch.
• Ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
• Ensuring the Customer Service is of the highest standard at all times.
• Improving customer service through effective product training
• Ensuring the highest standard of branch presentation and display standards.
• Delivering key KPI targets
