Client Delivery Manager

• Proactively manage customer relationships, partnering with Sales and supporting respective Client Services Managers.
• Responsible for ensuring a highly profitable and efficient group. Monitor program/project performance, costs and resource requirements in the group.
• Communicate change management within the group
• Responsible for planning, goal setting, performance management, quality, innovation, and best practice within the group in line with the overall site and corporate strategy.
• Work closely with other Senior Managers to maximize the potential and strategic direction of Dublin operations.
• Responsible for driving KPIs, SLAs and metrics within the group

Skills:

• Educated to at least degree level in a business related field.
• 8 years experience within the localization industry
• 5 years experience in Senior Management roles
• Excellent proven Client Management skills
• Excellent proven Leadership skills
• Very strong managerial and communications skills
• Proven stakeholder management, negotiation and relationship building experience
• Excellent experience in change management
• Proven experience in business process optimization
