GERMAN WINDOWS SERVER SUPPORT ROLES AVAILABLE FOR EUROPES LEADING IT COMPANY.
Company: Our client is a fortune 100 Technology company with annual revenues in excess of $88 Billion. They employ 150,000 people in 80 countries and enjoy an unrivalled reputation in the tech industry. Due to increased demand for their services they are looking to expand their 500 strong European Technical team.
Role: Supporting their European customer base you will be expected to respond to telephone and e-mail queries regarding high level and complex technical issues, and support these clients remotely. As a member of the German team you will support German customers retaining ownership of each client's issues until resolved.
You must have at least 2 years direct experience supporting Windows NT Server, and other Windows 2000 Server and professional experience. You must have good hardware knowledge.
GERMAN WINDOWS:
- WINDOWS SERVER EXPERIENCE
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- WINDOWS SERVER 2000/2003 AND ALL UP TO DATE WINDOWS
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft WINDOWS Server, including an understanding of the internal storage engine.
- Skilled in Transact-WINDOWS coding
- Ability to manage and administer a WINDOWS Server which extends beyond the use of Enterprise Manager
- ACTIVE DIRECTORY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
In addition to this you must have experience supporting two or more of the standard operation systems such as Windows, NT, 98, ME , 2000 and XP, and related software such MS Office, Outlook etc
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent technical knowledge. You will be given the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, and utilise lab testing to resolve customer problems.
SHAREPOINT TRAINING INCLUDED
In addition you will need to be a fluent German speaker.
