Senior Manufacturing Engineer required.Min 10+ year work experience is being requested.Manufacturing EngineerResponsible for identifying and executing Manufacturing Engineering projects in order to meet the strategic goals and objectives of the company. Responsible for delivering Manufacturing and Yield metrics. Identifies yield improvement projects and directs support personnel and coordinates project activities as part of the continuous improvement cycle. Maintains detailed and thorough documentation and ensures compliance through day to day activities. Investigates and evaluates existing technologies for potential applications to improve existing processes. Responsible for new equipment implementation validation work Installation Qualification/Operational Qualification/Performance Qualification, development of robust preventative maintenance schedule and the implementation of an overall Equipment effectiveness metric. Mentors employees by sharing technical expertise and providing feedback and guidance.
Manufacturing EngineerProvides support to Manufacturing organization to facilitate efficient operations within the production area, to optimize existing processes, and to ensure that production goals are met. Monitors performance of equipment, machines and tools and corrects equipment problems or process parameters that produce non-conforming products, low yields or product quality issues. Interfaces with Quality, Research and Development organizations to integrate new products or processes into the existing manufacturing area.Manufacturing EngineerDegree qualification essential.
