Job description: Purpose of Role:

• Advisory Line: to deliver advice
• To give unbiased information to help the caller solve the problem themselves

Areas of Responsibility:

• Investigate calls
• Ability to draw information from the caller in order to give unbiased advice
• Working on facts
• To be empathetic but not sympathetic
• To deliver clear and accurate advice
• Ability to recognize trends and escalate calls when needed
• Maintain service levels
• Team player - will be transferring knowledge to other team members
• Comfortable in sharing information and speaking to other team members

Skills Required:

• Fluent Irish Speaker
• Ability to remain impartial
• Excellent communication skills - active listening skills
• Not to personalize situations
