Experienced Receptionists, Switchboard Operators and Front Office Managers for Dublin 3 are required for immediate start on a 5 month contract basis which may be extened.
You will be based on the main reception desk with full responsibility for the following:
- Meet and Greet Clients
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Screening calls
- Booking Taxis and Couriers
- General Administration i.e. stationary, filing etc
You need a minimum of two years reception experience and exceptional communication skills for this role. An ability to multi- task is also a must.
