Job description: My client, a leader in the hotel industry is seeking an experienced General Manager for their 5* Hotel in Dublin 2.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the hotel including 

• People management
• Customer satisfaction
• Maximising sales & profitability

The above will be achieved through training, yield management, the implementation of service standards with constant communication and feedback to the Group Operations Manger and Proprietor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a leading Hotel group.   

You will need at least 4 years experience in a similar role along with a drive to succeed and financial acumen.
