Job description:

Our client, a global financial organisation requires an experienced Legal Counsel for their Dublin office.

This role reports directly to the Chief Counsel in London and candiates must have in-house experience in a Banking or other Financial Services company.

Requirements:

- Corporate and Commercial law background
- Experienced and knowledge of leasing or banking matters is required
- Work independently and with initiative
- Company law and in-house expeirence is desirable


This role will involve providing legal advice on contractual, commerical and regulatory issues and evaluating risks and exposures in leasing and loan structures.
