Job description:
A large employer based in Limerick requires a HR Generalist for an 8 months contract. Duties: You will be responsible for ownership over key processes of HR which ensures a great customer experience from the business. Assist in developing the Company's capability to change and integrate best practices, ensuring consistency and fairness in all processes. Assist in progressing a high performance culture where talent and achievement is recognised and rewarded. Ensure succession planning and strong talent management is embedded into the culture and planning of the Organisation. Champion underlying issues that impact our employee base to ensure unnecessary barriers are removed from process and that they are highlighted to the appropriate level. Ensure that the Managers and employees are equipped with the right understanding of the culture to live the company values. Requirements: You will have 3+ years experience in Generalist/Specialist role with a CIPD qualification. Excellent people management and leadership skills to implement a people strategy that ensures career growth and skill development while maintaining high motivation. Experience of HR technology is strongly desirable. Salary: €45-50K
