Job description:  

HP/CPL is currently looking for fluent German technical support agents to work in their new and expanding operation in Budapest, Hungary . This is an excellent position for individuals who want to start a career in IT as all training shall be provided and there are excellent career opportunities for successful individuals to expand their career very quickly within the IT industry.


The successful individuals will be responsible for:

• Providing HP key clients with efficient and effective technical support in regard to any issue they may have with IT.
• Making sure that all queries they receive are dealt with and are seen to be satisfactorily concluded to the customer's satisfaction.
• Ensure that quality standards are adhered to in regard to each case.
• Escalating cases when necessary to higher levels of support.
• Working within a team and helping that teams to achieve defined goals.
• Protecting confidential information for the client.
• Helping colleagues who may need help.

Successful individuals will have a few or all of the following skills:

• Essential: Speak German fluently
• Good Customer Service skills
• A qualification in IT is desirable but not essential.
