Store Manager - Dublin / Kildare - Excellent Salary + Bonus
In partnership with it's client, CPL are seeking an experienced Store Manager for a well establised high street fashion retailer for their Dublin and Kildare stores.
The Client
Specialising in branded high street fashion, jewellery, footwear and accessories, our client are a one stop shop for all fashionistas. Known for their excellent customer service and cutting edge quality fashion product, they are looking for an experienced Manager to join the team in their busy stores in Dublin and Kildare.
Applicants must have:
The ideal candidate MUST have at least 3 years experience in a High Street Fashion environment at Management level. Must also have managed a team of at least 15 staff in a busy environment. Working to strict targets and KPI's are an important element of this role, so past experience in this area is a necessity.
The Role
The succesful candidate will be repsonsible for running an entire large space store. While working to strict KPI's and targets, the Store Manager will also be responsible for managing a large team of Sales Assistants, Supervisors and Visual Merchandisers. As this store specialises in many aspects of retail, a varied background of fashion, jewellery and giftware would be benfeicial although not necessary as excellent training will be provided.
