Telecoms Engineer - Avaya Experience required
My client a leading technology company with offices based in Cork is seeking a Telecoms Engineer to take responsibility for operational support of the day to day telephony infrastructure functions.
The Ideal candidate will have;
* Hands on experience with Avaya telephony systems, Call Managements systems (CMS), Avaya VoIP and CT Server implementation and support.
* Ability to lead global project teams including proven project management experience
* Extensive knowledge of telephony support functions for large enterprise corporate contact centers.
* Familiar with state of the art contact c4enter HW/SW and multi channel routing solutions
Main duties and responsibilities;
* Exercise sound practices support and productive envitonment
* Manage large telephony projects relating to telephony infrastructure for Apple contact centers globally. Setting priorities and measurable objectives, monitoring and reporting on the process, progress and results.
* Communicate clearly with business and cross functional counterparts, helping to devine clear requirements. Present alternative solutions to business issues by leaeraging the broader organization.
