Job description: SWEDISH IT SUPPORT ROLES AVAILABLE FOR EUROPES LEADING IT COMPANY. JOIN THIS CHALLENGING SUPPORT TEAM AND GROW AND LEARN IN IT

Company: Our client is a fortune 100 Technology company with annual revenues in excess of $88 Billion. They employ 150,000 people in 80 countries and enjoy an unrivalled reputation in the tech industry. Due to increased demand for their services they are looking to expand their 500 strong European Technical team.

Role: Supporting their European customer base you will be expected to respond to telephone and e-mail queries regarding high level and complex technical issues, and support these clients remotely. As a member of the Swedish team you will support Swedish customers retaining ownership of each client's issues until resolved.

You must have at least 1year customer service experience and keen interest in IT

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and excellent technical knowledge. You will be given the opportunity to work with the latest technologies, and utilise lab testing to resolve customer problems.

In addition you will need to be a fluent Swedish speaker.
