Job description: Finance Manager Our Client a Large Service provider within the retail industry is currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager for one of their International Divisions. The Ideal candidate will be willing to relocate to Russia and have 3/4 years post qualified experience. Responsibilities: · Preparation of timely and accurate financial and management information to strict deadlines · Cash flow management and forecasts · Coordinate annual internal and external audits · Preparation of budgets and monthly updates of forecast results · Drive financial and retail improvements through analysis and support and propose measures to improve operational performance. · Work closely with the Russian Chief accountant to ensure Irish and Russian financial statements are coordinated and consistent. · Work closely with the General Manager and other members of the Companies management team to drive performance of the company. · Implement and further develop the company's financial guidelines, policies and procedures and ensure ongoing adherence to internal controls · Training and development of local staff. Requirements: · Adapt to working in a Russian environment · Willingness to develop a working knowledge of the Russian language · Diplomacy · Solve problems to a successful conclusion for all parties · Have excellent communication skills The ideal candidate should have the following: · Minimum of 3 years post qualified experience.
