Customer Service Representatives

CALLING ALL CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES

One of our major Clients in Waterford is looking for a number of experienced Customer Service Representatives to manage a large number of calls.
If you have previous experience in a customer related role, please send your CV to the address attached and mark it for the attention of Louise Hoban.

Duties :
Taking inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis.
Dealing with customer queries in a professional manner.
Making sure all calls were answered in a timely and efficient manner.
Exercise good judgment when handling customer calls and complaints.
