has been offering a complete company formations service for over twenty five years to both the legal and accountancy practices and the business community.

Role:
Customer Care & Production Executive

Purpose of role:
To play a key role as part of Company Formations Team in the delivery of a quality Company Formations service to clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. To provide Production fulfilment of Company Formations assignments, ROI/NI/UK, within target service levels as defined within our standard service descriptions and/or as defined with customer specific service level agreements.

  1. To support, as required, the Central Searches Team in the Production fulfilment of offline search assignments within agreed customer service levels.

  1. To ensure the timely production and lodgement of Readymade and Special Company Formations documentation.

  1. To meet with and engage in telephone liaison with clients on an on-going basis thereby ensuring that all clients' requirements are met at all times in a professional and efficient manner.

  1. To issue confirmations to clients that companies have been submitted to C.R.O. for incorporation and sending CRO forms B10, as required.

  1. To monitor incorporations on a daily basis and issue confirmations to clients that companies have been incorporated and sending CRO forms B10, as required.

  1. To effectively manage the completion and filing in CRO of all Forms B10/B69 as appropriate in a professional and efficient manner.

  1. To monitor and manage ICC's CRO Account on a daily basis to ensure adequacy of funding for Company Formations.

  1. To liaise with Production Piece-workers in the timely production and delivery of Company Formations assignments and to ensure that client instructions are wholly and accurately conveyed and actioned at all times.

  1. To ensure that all relevant data is input in databases and updated in accordance with agreed systems and procedures.

  1. To ensure the requisite timely invoicing of services is conducted in a timely and efficient manner and to ensure that all requisite administration and accounting activities are undertaken in accordance with agreed systems and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS OF ROLE:

Minimum:

  • Direct industry experience essential.
  • Good educational background.
  • Good IT skills (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.).
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Outgoing, persuasive and persistent.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, approachable team player.
  • Highly organised.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

Desirable:

  • Fluency with Goldmine would be an advantage.
