Clinical Nurse Manager - Care of the Elderly - Dublin This company seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for their care facility in Dublin. The ideal Nurse for this Clinical Nurse Manager job will be a fully qualified RGN with current and up to date ABA registration. You will have a minimum of 5 years post registration clinical experience, some of which in an elderly setting. You will also have staff/ man management experience and in dealing with leading and mentoring a team of nurses and carers. The Job: This Clinical Nurse Manager will assist the Assistant Director of Nursing and the Director of Nursing in facilitating the management and care of residents on a daily basis. You will maintain a high level of professional integrity in accordance with the code of Professional Conduct for Nurses as prescribed by An Bord Altranais. You will be responsible for the rosters, checking them at the start of the shift to ensure full complement of staff are on duty and make arrangements to replace if necessary. Review all accidents/ incidents/ unwell residents since the last shift Supervise the work of Care Assistants and Nurses Spend time with new residents, giving them all the information they require.
