Customer Care Executive

Dealing with German Clients

Needed ASAP in Cork

Company: Well established organisation based in Cork Airport Business Park

Role: Customer Care Executive dealing with German based clients

• Travel Consultancy Organisation
• Processing orders in  the customer service department 
• Dealing with German based Clients
• Liaising with German hotels and holiday destinations. 
• Process docket and invoices
• Providing advise to German clients

Requirements:

• Excellent level of German and English
• Excellent PC Skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
